The Aimero Community Cooperative was founded in Carrosio with a clear mission: to enhance the Oltregiogo territory and promote the well-being and solidarity of the local community. We strive to offer welcoming spaces and services tailored to the needs of residents, while encouraging active participation and making the most of the area's rich resources. We organize guided tours to the region’s most significant cultural sites, opening the doors to a heritage that is both valuable and often overlooked. Our activities also include nature excursions and scenic cycling routes, offering immersive experiences in the local landscape. Among our key initiatives, we also manage the Trattoria Val Lemme, located in Molini di Fraconalto — a place where tradition and hospitality meet.
